Established in 2012, the company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of aggregate stone and ready-mix concrete, in addition to establishing plants that serve Saudi Arabia’s giga projects.

Our Ready-Mix Concrete Factories

Malham Factory – Located in the north of Riyadh, equipped with two batching plants with an average monthly production capacity of 30,000 m³. Major projects include KAFD and Oasis Residential.

Sulai Factory – Situated in the south of Riyadh, operating with one batching plant and an average monthly production of 32,000 m³. Key projects include Seven and Rosh Residential.

Al Fursan Factory – Our newest facility in the northeast of Riyadh, with one batching plant and a targeted monthly production of 10,000 m³. It will serve the growing demand in the Al Fursan development area.

Wadi Laban – Located west of Riyadh in the Wadi Laban area, with two production lines and an average monthly capacity of 25000 m³, sperad at 10000 square meter. It serve the growing demand in wadi laben development area.
